ARC (Attachment, Regulation, Competence)
For Youth Ages 10-17
The Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) Model is an evidence-based intervention designed to empower youth in overcoming the impacts of trauma. This program is structured to provide a safe, supportive environment where young people can build resilience and self-confidence through meaningful peer interactions.

Youth Advisory Group (Y.A.G.) with “Across Ages”
For Youth Ages 10-14

This program amplifies young voices by empowering them as community ambassadors. The Youth Advisory Group (Y.A.G.) helps youth engage with pressing issues and fosters a sense of purpose and belonging.
Paired with the Across Ages Mentorship Program:
- Caring adults (55+) serve as mentors, offering guidance and inspiration.
- Participants develop skills for leadership, problem-solving, and civic engagement.
Key Objectives:
- Uplift youth perspectives and ensure their ideas drive change.
