Students Referred by School
Is your student having trouble in school? Has he/she been reported for truancy multiple times? Has the school recommended your child take classes to learn how to handle things better?
Our youth classes help students develop skills that directly impact their engagement at school, as well as helping with their overall well-being and family relationships.

Youth Groups at School Sites
Our classes help youth develop coping skills and strategies. This builds resilience so that they can more effectively deal with the challenges they face. The foundation of our program is the Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) Model, an evidence-based intervention designed to help youth heal from the impacts of trauma. What are the results of trauma on mental health? What is at the core of most conflicts? Anger. Anxiety. Unhealthy Relationships. The group sessions listed below directly address these issues using the ARC model as a framework.
Youth embrace the peer environment as a safe place to share, learn and heal. That’s how we have helped hundreds of youth every year.
Parenting Classes
Many parents who have a struggling student may benefit from classes of their own. Based upon the Triple P Positive Parenting Program®, our parenting education classes can be the perfect complement to the youth classes. Parents learn how to support teens in regulating their emotions while simultaneously learning how to avoid explosive confrontations and remain a calm parent. Those in a family transition can also learn how to manage their child, de-escalate and resolve conflicts between co-parents.
